Information on Pre-Orders

Ribbon "Pre-Order"

If you see this "ribbon" on the product, there are two cases:

From now on, there will be pre-order periods! This means that goods can only be ordered within a specific timeframe communicated by me! I will then only order the goods that have been pre-ordered. This way, I avoid tying up too much capital!

Procedure

You order from the Pre-Order Shop and pay for the item, including shipping, in advance.

As soon as the goods arrive, I will check them. If the goods meet my criteria and are approved, you will receive a separate notification about the shipping of your pre-order.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders

Pre-orders will be "refunded" in the form of a voucher for the online shop!

So please consider carefully whether you want to pre-order! I will only purchase as much as is pre-ordered!

First come, first served!

Should I receive damaged and undamaged goods, the order of incoming orders determines who receives the undamaged goods!

Should your item be damaged (i.e., more than the "defects" listed below), I will contact you.

Chase Articles

Chase pre-orders will appear separately if I know for certain that I will receive Chase variants! There will either be a chance to get Chase items (here, the Chase will be distributed among all pre-order customers! If only 2 people pre-order, the chance of getting the Chase is accordingly higher!) or an item where you are 100% guaranteed to receive the Chase!

I ordered multiple items!

If you have pre-ordered several items that are released at different times, your order will be held until all items in your order have arrived.

If you have multiple orders, we can discuss combining them, depending on the release date. Any overpaid shipping will then be refunded!

If you have pre-orders and then order in-stock items, we can also discuss combining these, and again there would be a refund!

Damaged Pre-orders

If you have pre-ordered and the item arrives damaged (beyond what is listed below), I will inform you, and you will then receive a full or partial refund in consultation with me, should you still wish to keep the figure!

Damages refer to the figure's box (outer carton) and not to paint defects or similar on the figure itself! I will not unbox the figure. Only if I hear that parts of the figure are rattling loosely in the box will I contact you about it.

If you receive goods with the "defects" listed below that do not meet your expectations, return shipping will be at your expense! Once the goods have arrived back to me without further damage, a refund of the order's merchandise value will be issued!

The following "defects" are no longer considered damage!
