How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €125. For orders under this amount, we charge €6.99 per order.
Shipping costs to EU member states are €17.99. Shipping costs are reduced to €11 for orders over €125.

How does return & cancellation work?
You can return unused goods within the statutory withdrawal period (usually 14 days after receipt). Register the return via [Returns Portal/Email]. You can find more information under "Terms and Policies" at the bottom of the page.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund within 14 working days via the original payment method.
